Yes. We offer both in-person and virtual (telehealth) sessions, depending on what works best for your schedule and comfort.
Intake sessions are typically 60 minutes. Ongoing individual sessions are typically 45 minutes. Couples sessions are typically 75 minutes. (We’ll recommend the best fit based on your goals.)
Most people start weekly or every other week. Frequency depends on what you’re working through, your stress level, and what kind of support you want. We’ll decide together.
Yes. What you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions (for example: imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse/neglect, or court orders). If any limits apply, we’ll explain them clearly.
