What can therapy help with?

Therapy can help with anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, trauma, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. You don’t need a “big reason” to start, if something feels heavy or confusing, that’s enough.

The first session is about getting to know you and what you want help with. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, what you’ve tried, and what you want to be different. We’ll also cover history that’s relevant and make a plan for next steps.

Yes. We offer both in-person and virtual (telehealth) sessions, depending on what works best for your schedule and comfort.

Intake sessions are typically 60 minutes. Ongoing individual sessions are typically 45 minutes. Couples sessions are typically 75 minutes. (We’ll recommend the best fit based on your goals.)

Most people start weekly or every other week. Frequency depends on what you’re working through, your stress level, and what kind of support you want. We’ll decide together.

Yes. What you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions (for example: imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse/neglect, or court orders). If any limits apply, we’ll explain them clearly.

Fit matters. If you’re unsure, start with an intake session (or a brief intro call if you offer it). You should feel respected, safe, and like you have a clear direction, not judged or rushed.
